Rather than printing directly onto the garment, the design is initially applied to the film, which is then pressed onto the fabric. Consequently, this process yields a soft, vibrant, and durable print—eliminating the need for cutting, weeding, or layering, as required in traditional vinyl methods.​

Furthermore, these advanced heat transfer decals are printed onto a release film and backed with a hot melt adhesive. This combination results in a durable, stretch-resistant, and vivid transfer that is applied using a heat press.​

🛠️ How to Apply Your DTF Heat Transfer Samples:

  1. First – Pre-Press: Begin by pre-pressing the garment or surface for 2–3 seconds to eliminate moisture and wrinkles.​

  2. Second – Positioning: Place the DTF film with the printed side facing down onto the fabric.​

  3. Third – Press: Apply heat at 150–160°C (302–320°F) for 10–15 seconds using medium to firm pressure.​

  4. Forth – Peel: Allow the transfer to cool for 5–10 seconds, then gently peel the film off.​

  5. Fifth – Optional Final Press: For added durability, re-press with a Teflon or parchment sheet for 5 seconds to lock in the design.​
