Description
Artwork Submission Guidelines for UV & DTF Gang Sheets
At Future Transfers, we’re here to make your print process as smooth and efficient as possible. To ensure your UV or DTF gang sheets are set up professionally and yield the highest quality results, please carefully follow the artwork requirements below before submitting your designs:
 Accepted File Formats
We accept the following formats:
- PNGÂ (with transparent background preferred)
- PDFÂ (with outlined fonts and embedded images)
 Transparent Backgrounds Are Essential
To ensure seamless and professional results:
- Submit images with transparent backgrounds wherever possible (e.g., PNG files).
- Files with backgrounds (white, black, colored, or image backgrounds) will be printed exactly as submitted — we will not remove backgrounds unless requested as a separate design service.
If you’re unsure whether your image has a transparent background, feel free to ask — we’re happy to guide you.
 Image Sizing & Placement
- Specify the exact size (in cm or inches) you want each artwork printed.
- Let us know the quantity of each design you’d like included on the gang sheet.
- We will optimize the layout to use the available space efficiently.
 Proof reading:
- If there is any concerns we will send you to proof check the gang sheet.
